I am looking to install actiTIME version 1.5. The screenshots also shows the same but when I click on Download the GUI is different and in the bottom it shows actiTIME 2015.1. Now my question is how I do I download Version 1.5??

The links have been changed because the developers have updated the software to reflect the latest changes. In fact the 2015.1 is the latest version of the software. You can't download or install version 1.5 as it's old and obsolete.
